There are a few organizations doing this! I plan on joining one as a guide when I retire!

Looks like a really worthwhile therapy. It is true about they look for leadership, and when others depend on you, you just can't fail them. (I have two horses, two dogs and one cat and they are totally dependent on me) I would love to be able to do what they are doing, but getting back to nature is my magic.
