Comcast and all the others really don't care about the customer. One report said that they lost 281,000 customers, yet if you call them you just get a sales pitch, no resolution. Dish is even worse, they will basically tell you to pound sand and go elsewhere if you don
t like their service. If you try to get resolution from the FCC they pass you off to the local administrator and they don't have a means of escalation you you are still pounding sand after much effort. Someone is getting lots of cash to look the other way while the public has few options..
