Mike Sullivan brings Stanley Cup back to BC High School in Dorchester. Mike was fired by the Bruins after being their head coach a few years ago but was given a second chance with the Penguins and he delivered. He told his story to the students at my high school which is so inspirational for these young men

There's just something about hockey in Boston MA that seems to have expanded with the success that Bobby Orr had with the Bruins in the '70s and the USA Olympic teams that beat the Russians in the early 80s. We now have a lot of NHL players who are from Boston MA which was unheard of back in the '40s & '50s from what I recall. The Bruins have played Boston College, Boston University and Northeastern just to watch these college players before offering them contracts in the NHL.
