That is despicable SFC William Farrell.
I am not surprised that the ISIS Islamic thugs are stooping to more gruesome acts of retribution. This reminds me of the last days of the Nazis which had many similarities to ISIS. Hopefully they will meet their ends as did the Nazis - many died on the battlefield and others were hung from gallows.
