PTSD. Something so Horrible that the Officer has Blanked it out of his Mind. It happens unfortunately now we have not a clue what made the Officer do the Unthinkable. It could be complete BS Too, The Officer knew he really screwed the Pooch and wants to play stupid now. Sad!
