We need to see more of this information, instead of always news accounts attempting to demonize the Police or BLM.

NOw this is a great start, talking to one another getting to know one another. Folks will find out that we all have much in common. Far more in common than we have differences.

I think this is a great way to start the conversation for both sides. There can be conversation without anger and violence. But like the Police Chief said, it takes both sides. If representatives from both sides come together and voice their concerns and issue, and are willing to take responsibility for their actions, then this will have a better out come, then the riots and violence.

The community (All) needs to come together and help with the policing of each side. If there are LEO's that are bad apples (Not all are), then they need to be taken care of, but on the other hand if you have people in your community that you know are committing crimes, then the neighborhood needs to help with policing that up as well.

It will never be a perfect world, but if the groups work together, it will be a better place to live.
