There are plenty of crazies all over the world, and having a flag that crazies can fly gives them a place of belonging this is typical to all mental illness. Personally the worst thing we do is to publicize how effective ISIS is at recruiting because our own desire to point fingers benefits ISIS, and all crazy people out there.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - Reminds me of the crazy things we did in the 60's - 80's.

LTC Stephen F. I've read that he also had notes, diary type thing when he talks about killing infidels. Not a direct tie to ISIS, but I am sure the German police will figure out what his motive was and any ties to radical groups.

I hope that Germany and France will work together as they alter the immigration process and systematically screen the refugees already in their countries LTC (Join to see). Many may be legitimate but I expect their are hundreds who are terrorists or terrorist-in-training.

LTC Stephen F. - I saw a report last week that Merkl admitted that there are terrorist fighters infiltrating with the refugees.

I dont think it really matters, if they can find definitive proof of membership in the Taliban, and or ISIS, ISIL, or whatever the hell they are called right this moment. What matters is some wack job, attacked people with malice and forethought and they had absolutely no way to defend themselves.
