Woman streams aftermath of fatal officer-involved shooting

Just catching up on news after a week overseas. While I certainly don't condone violence, I can certainly feel the frustration blacks are feeling when dealing with the police. This man was licensed to carry and the officer shot him as he was reaching for his license and permit. His fiance records the encounter. It is sad to watch. I do believe if he was white, he would not have been shot.
