Trailer for the movie "Loving" based on the story of the Lovings, an interracial couple who married back in the 50s and were imprisoned for violating a law against their union.
I normally avoid "based on true story" movies, because I know that liberties will be taken with the truth, but I might make an exception for this.

"I know that liberties will be taken with the truth, but I might make an exception for this." This movie is about on going Americans saga, as they faced the ideologies, fears, and ignorance of the ruling class of their time; plain an simple history repeats it self. So it is not about Liberals, it is about the establishing of a nation where all are treated equal. I hope that High School student are taken on field trips to see this movie.

CPT Pedro Meza do they still do that? How will they find time in the busy indoctrination process for a field trip? I agree it would be a worthy thing to do, but schools being less about learning anymore, I doubt they would have any inclination to do so.

definitely going to see this. it highlights a lot of issues and risk interracial couples went through to be together. My wife and I are an interracial couple so this hits home with me.

Sounds like a Great Movie and from the Pictures I remember they really look like the couple.
