MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine president-elect has encouraged the public to help him in his war against crime, urging citizens with guns to shoot and kill drug dealers who resist arrest and fight back in their neighborhoods.
The Philippine government's top lawyer called Monday for police to kill more suspected drug criminals, as he defended President Rodrigo Duterte's brutal war on crime against mounting criticism.
Police have confirmed killing more than 110 suspects since Duterte won elections in May promising a law-and-order crackdown that would claim thousands of lives and fill funeral parlours.

Desperate moves for desperate dudes. He, and others, sensed and saw the destruction to their nation caused by drugs. Sounds like an Us or Them attitude. But hey lets legalize it all. Never hurt anyone.

Thats what most of Europe did. Let people have their drug cafe's. Takes drugs off the streets and taxes it. After a while, having something "legal" to do gets boring and the only users are.....drum roll......American tourists.
