I don't get the references. Please explain the story if you can. Was the woman's daughter part of any of this? 2014 pictures? What am I missing?

I think all parties concerned are keeping the Information to a Minimum for Good Reasons. An Officer Threatening a Child and Her Mother In Dallas, There is No Excuse For. Thru "Associates" I may have a fuller Picture later.
