If there's a recording and witnesses and the autopsy is consistent with the evidence and testimony, yep. You'll see both these rookies on the chopping block.

For what? The guy was not compliant. He was reaching into his pocket while fighting the police. A police officer does not have to get shot at to be justified in shooting somebody. If he believed there was a threat of eminent serious harm then he is justified. You can't fix stupid. He was being stupid and now 2 police officers now have to answer for his dumb ass.
