The charges have already been dropped. The state attorney told the dumbass cops who arrested this guy, the state law is unconstitutional, and has been since 1989. But dumbass state legislatures keep passing dumbass laws that limit freedom of speech (what happened to the conservative passion for protecting contsitutional rights?) .
Just because some speech is offensive doesn't mean it's illegal. Otherwise Trump would be in jail.

He's certainly getting attention, which I'm sure was him aim all along. I got a feeling he's trying to be made into some sort of martyr, cause celebre, what have you. It's really just a matter of how much of a ruckus the SJWs feel they can make by taking him under their wing. If I were his neighbor, I'd just pay him no mind. Would it grate me? Sure, but I'd undermine him more by denying him what he's seeking.

MSG (Join to see) - why are you assuming the SSG is racist? It is "ok" for all because the Constitution guarantees equal protection under the law and the Supreme Court recognizes it as Constitutionally protected free speech.

By today's standards of free speech and human rights everywhere, topped off by PC, this is a pretty tame demonstration which many people have long gotten used to seeing. If that's the best he can come up with he has a long way to go. As someone said I would hate to be his parent; seeing a son grow up like that would be hard.
