Everyone who has receive punishment should look to get their convictions/punishments/Art 15 repealed despite DIRFBI's comments

1LT (Join to see) - Except that OJ was charged, tried, and found not guilty by a jury of his peers. HRC just gets a pass without even so much as going before a grand jury, despite actual evidence of classified information being compromised by the actions of her and her staffers. It's a good point, but there are some differences in how those two situations play(ed) out.

1LT (Join to see) - you wouldn't believe how many times and how many different ways I tried to phrase that same point and just ended up deleting it...lol...

1LT (Join to see) - Only if the FBI director said "OJ was careless but shouldn't be indited" given the fact that there are laws that explicitly says it's illegal. -Sarcasm

Navy engineer sentenced for mishandling classified material
A Naval reservist has been sentenced for mishandling classified military materials.

Sgt Tammy Wallace I am simply appalled at the depth of corruption in the Obama Administration, which now seems to have even permeated the FBI. There is no way in hell Hillary Clinton should have escaped her numerous violations without chargers being referred for prosecution. Total cop-out by the Director of the FBI.

No Col Burleson - it's called "preservation..." At some point in time, he gets tired of looking under his car with a mirror to spot bombs...

LTC Marc King - She was too big from 1990 onwards. And not only that, but she is a disciple of the LBJ-style of politics (JFK, anyone?). So no one valueing their life was gonna stand up and take a swipe at hildawg. I don't care how guilty she is/was.

LTC (Join to see) - I would have been charged under the USMJ. Civilians would have been charged in federal court. And in either situation, the loss of security clearance speaks far more volumes of the ability to lead and qualifications for president than being charged with a crime.

SSgt Matthew Evans - UCMJ has different procedure than civilian federal courts. Everything here was done right, whether you like the result or not.

LTC (Join to see) - Nothing here was done right. Everything here was questionable and clear dereliction. God help those troops you lead with this laisez faire view of how classified information should be handled. Clearly her actions set up a structure where classified data could have been accessed by any number of adversaries. As the FBI stated "extremely careless". Extremely careless in any theater gets people killed.

SSgt Matthew Evans - First of all, god is fictional and can't help anybody with anything. More to the point, my choosing Clinton over Trump has nothing to do with my views on, or practices in regard to classified material.
Trump is a racist, narcissistic buffoon who peddled birther bullship before the last election, and is peddling racism, anti-intellectualism, fear-mongering and hate-speech in this election.
Neither choice is perfect, but only one of them campaigns on schoolyard name calling, bigotry and recycled tweets from white supremacists.
