Too funny. As someone who uses Windows 10 for gaming on a daily basis. It is a good piece of software. Does it have its problems, yes, but so does MacOS and Linux. That being said, I use Linux for all of my other computer needs.

It's the kind way of talking about all the little widgets that report on just about every activity you do on the system, heh.

SSgt Ryan Sylvester - Got it, spent all day tutoring students in English. Brain was in literal mode. I agree, that is why I have as much of that stuff turned off as possible.

SSgt Ryan Sylvester - Malware as highly intrusive spyware or actual faulty malicious programs that are recommended for Win 10 ?

SGT (Join to see) - As in highly intrusive spyware. I'll often just default to saying malware simply because it's bottled in with the OS and you have to take some time to shut it off. But it isn't on par with, say, Norton Virus.

So all in all I like Windows 10 because it's a more light weight architecture that doesn't boggle down system resources as heavily meaning for frames per second for gaming.

However it's a big piece of Spyware. But changing the DNS cache on the computer so the IPs it calls out too result in a look back can stop a lot of the spy reports. You just have to make sure you don't change the one for updates.

Couldn't an app similar to DNS Jumper help with that?

SGT (Join to see) - I'm not familiar with DNS jumper. I just started a brand new Windows 10 and ran NetStat immediately to see what the system is calling out to then found my DNS cache and modified all of those to call out to 127.0.0.1 then looked up which one is the update ip and unmodified it m
