No, they weren't wearing boots. Or else someone is lying to us. I am not against strengthen our forces to beat ISIL/ISIS. But detest being lied to by any politician. We ARE there fighting along side those we believe to be allies.

That is what special forces are and what they do. How can you advise someone and expect them to fight if you are not willing to fight alongside them? Maybe the politicians are trying to cover it, but that is just how it works. You guys saw the article about the new SOCOM commander visiting troops in Syria. Now that is someone I will elect president.
