Had a 1SG once that, unless yo had an arm falling off (and even then it was iffy), sick call was not needed.

They do the service members, and ultimately the mission, a great disservice by doing that. Had this particular soldier been given the proper treatment for the first broken foot, he may have actually continued on to be a career soldier as he actually loved what he did and he was, incredibly well liked by his unit peers and subordinates. I understand that there ARE those who mis-use the system and "malinger" but it is short sighted for one to assume everyone is indeed doing that!

SGT Sara Hendrix - It is actually because of him that when my Soldiers tell me they have issues I tell them to see the doctor right away. And I am not an easy going Detachment Sergeant if and when they slack on their Medical Readiness.

MSG (Join to see) - I ABSOLUTELY salute you for doing right by your soldiers. Too often those who are in a position to "lead" are simply "in charge" and not leading as they should. Thank YOU for doing right by your soldiers.

Good read for sure. Repetitive Behavior Cellular Regression™ (CR) stops the driving thoughts without counseling, or therapy, or meds and no office visits. Another good read.
