Honestly, I don't buy it. Most of us that have gone as far as we have with toxic leadership are smart enough to wait until the retirement is approved and we are out the door. Now this would be great to hear at a retirement ceremony on the last day, but I doubt it is actually real.

Funny as hell though.

It literally made me laugh out loud. There is a part of me that hopes it was real and that it really did get set up the chain. Because let's be honest, every single Soldier that has been in a unit with toxic leaders always WANTED to write something like this and have it be seen!!

Well all I'm going to say on this is I know and have worked with all parties listed in there. I'll leave it at that. Won't confirm nor deny any of the truth (or untruth) to said memo......

For the CSM that wore her hair out of regulation repeatedly, she should have been aware of the consequences of what could happen. Anyone is a photo journalist now because of the smartphone. It's 2016 and every Soldier should know that their actions at Walmart, McDonalds or in the field can be documented in a seconds (worldwide). Social media should keep people in check but sadly it doesn't.
