Sorry I hate to be rude because I support independent projects like this... But I don't get it? I went to the website, it is hard to navigate and I couldn't find a basic 'about us' (or whatever link).
I tried looking at a couple video/episodes on your site... You clearly have a concept but it needs a little pizzazz. Are all the videos the two of you chatting via a Skype style link? do you guys have any graphics? music? guest? video clips within the segments? The setting for your office, is that a kitchen a bedroom? I hope you understand I am not trying to rip you, I respect the effort...
But what is your intentions with this project? Because if it just for fun, it's good enough. But if you are wanting to expand and make this something with a big following you need to work on the ambiance of the setting, create mood, and help people to understand what the point of this is.
The one most important things, if you want people to take you serious, and if that is goal to expand this into a successful YouTube Channel is to fix the lighting (its unnatural looking, to dark, and bad shadows) and the sound/audio sounds like a tin can. Good lighting can be done very inexpensively and invest in a quality external microphone.

I meant to post a link from there and it ended up just posting the actual site. However, these are great tips that we will certainly take into consideration. We are super low budget peeps. We started only doing the podcast and really because we listen to a lot and thought it would be fun. It has been good. But I agree we would need to change a lot of things away aesthetically to be more appealing.

But the link shouldn't be hard to navigate. It's just a scroll through set up in Wordpress. There are either videos from the podcast or articles we have done.

SGT (Join to see) - First off: The low budget part, I understand but it does not cost anything to look good, because remember the only part of the set that needs to be decorated is what you actually see on camera. Pick where you wish to set-up your studio, take a screen shot of what the camera sees, that is all that must be decorated. It is the illusion of being more than you are.
Light and mic: As I said lighting kit can be cheap, for this you don't need professional Hollywood grade, shop lights will be fine. And observe the three point lighting to eliminate shadows. Mic, well that depends (I recommend quality), audio is the thing that can make or break any project. Music, there are plenty of Royalty free sites, I can even send a link if you like. But don't use copyright music. You will get caught and they will shut you down.
The website: I went back to it, it is not hard to navigate, but it doesn't give any information about what the site is. I know it scrolls left and right not up and that is ok, different but ok. However, to click your profiles it send you to the Snapchat, well not everybody has that. And most people don't want to visit a completely different website to learn more about you. You should have a short bio and the a link to your other social media pages. I might be mistaken but nowhere on the website does it say what the point of this is. Why would I want to listen or see your videos if I don't even know what the point is?
Target audience. Who are you targeting? What is your message? What is your goal with this project and I as a new subscriber, why should I care?
Marketing: Your social media icons need to be where I can see them easily. Word of mouth work, if you have something to grab people attention. But if you post in YouTube you are competing with a lot of other, so stand out. You put advertisement on your video to help pay (as you expand).
Length: You videos are really long... Look at YouTube you will see the more popular ones are short (Honest Trailers, Screen Junkies). Your blogs, where else do you post them?
