Poor decision making. LMTV driver should not have tried crossing if bridge was fully submerged. I hope the 6 are found and the familes find peace but still bad decision

Most low crossing areas have lhighly visible depth indicators and they should have had a safety briefing at the minimum with all the heavy rain

Read that earlier. There are six still missing. The water must have been very high for that bridge to be covered.

I know it was an LMTV but I think poor decision making led to this. Anybody with half a brain would be able to say if the bridge is covered even in LM TV you should not cross it

I'll reserve judgement, but I remember from when I was at Fort Hood, there were signs at every crossing saying to not drive into high water.
