Turns out it was a professor and a student. The student obviously didn't know it is a gun free zone.

I'm going to make a series of SWAGs though I've neither heard of the incident nor clicked on the link ... Let me know how many I've got right / wrong / unable to determine at this time.
1. The shooter(s) was in clear violation of the highly visible Gun Free Zone signs.
2. The shooter(s) violated several laws already on the books.
3. None of the victims had a firearm. (Note, if a shooter was killed, they don't count as a victim).
4. The only person there with the ability to take down the shooter had firearms or
5. The shooting of unarmed victims stopped once the police showed up with firearms.
6. The media are pissing on themselves trying to glorify the murderers by repeating their names and motives.
7. Of course the requisite vilification of firearms and the question "What can we do to stop this blah blah blah"
8. Some politician(s) will get on the news to blah blah blah...
Well lemme know ... or not ... Don't think I can muster enough give a crap.

MSG (Join to see), Wrong on all questions. The media still doesn't know who they are or what the motive was. There were two killed. It was a murder sucicide. The shooting stopped long before the police showed up.,
