Be glad you're not in North Carolina. We still aren't fully sure who's eligible in which districts yet because of all the redistricting mess and the newest round of gerrymandering, I mean reallocating.

CPT Jack Durish - I'd be more than happy to trade some of the clowns we have in the Arizona legislature in exchange for some of your clowns.

SSG (Join to see) - I arrived in Arizona sometime in the early 1990's on a contract and took a cab from the airport to my hotel. The driver immediately asked me if I was one of those liberal stooges from Chicago. He relaxed when I protested that was a conservative from California (we're a rare and hardy breed). He informed me that Arizona was being ruined by Chicago liberals moving into Arizona. Apparently they took over?

CPT Jack Durish - No, we had an issue here with people from Chicago back in the 80's, however I believe calling them liberals is a bit of a stretch. Most left the area and moved back to Chicago. Our legislature is split ~60/40 with Republicans in the Majority in both houses and a Republican governor.

I wish we still had polling places to cast our vote, but Washington went to the easily corrupted mail in ballot.

CPT Jack Durish - AH ha! I just realized CPO Frank Coluccio lives in Washington. My mistake. Way too used to people referring to the federal government as "Washington."

Arizona does the same thing. Lots of mail-in ballots, few in-person polling stations.

SGT Jeremiah B. - I avoid that pitfall by referring to the District of Calamity. I hate to see Washington's name sullied when, if fact, naming our capitol after him was supposed to be an honor. I doubt he would perceive it as such if we could bring him back in a time machine

SGT Jeremiah B. - yes that is why I said, Washington, as in state, and not Washington DC, as in Capital of the US.
