This is either staged or he cut all the people who know what it was. One guy had an idea but wasn't too confident in his answer and seemed to simply go along with the "surfer legends" nonsense. yes, I know many don't know the purpose, but this is too biased.

CPT Jack Durish - SGT Jacqueem Spratley, I used to think that stuff like this was staged. But if go on YouTube or watch Water's World and similar programs you would be surprised how many idiots there. Now I will agree it is of course staged to a point, they edit out the people who actually know. And I am sure some people think it is funny to answer it wrong on purpose, just to be on TV... but the fact that so many people are clueless is still scary, if not sad.

Heartbreaking, that so many Americans are absolutely brain dead. Other than the very last man, likely a veteran, not a single one of them knew anything about the meaning of Memorial Day. Gotta love the "me" generation.
