Did anyone else hear how she purposely edited the movie to paint gun rights activists and gun experts in a negative light?

That's part of what I'm referring to in my posting above. She deliberately withheld crucial information in order to deceive.

It is a documentary. People mistake documentary for unbiased. Documentary films are made to persuade people to a certain point of view. Realistically there is no more unbiased reporting of anything in our society. Everything is about furthering agendas. Fox News supports the conservative agenda. CNN supports the liberal agenda. Nobody just reports what is happening. The way things are worded everything is designed to get an emotional response. If it is presented correctly, they will get the desired response. This was an example of a liberal documentary film maker trying to push an anti gun agenda by making those in favor of gun rights appear to be stumped by a simple question. I think she owes those being interviewed an apology. I don't think that she owes the viewers an apology. To be clear I think her question was stupid. The answer to how will you stop a felon or terrorist from acquiring a firearm is that you cannot. You cannot stop someone from making an illegal purchase because they are not going to the local gun store. They are purchasing their weapons illegally. Good luck shutting down the illegal firearms trade. It is as realistic as stopping the drug trade.

She has owned up to the selective editing say it was a mistake, but she then says that she wanted it in there as an opportunity for watchers to decide.
Also, today there is one distributer who has removed the movie from it's list over this.
