One of the most beneficial retreats I've attended. I would recommend Lone Survivor. Thumbs up.

The retreat I attended was a four-day in Florida on a beautiful horse ranch. The good points about it were that it was all expenses paid; they provided all the meals and lodging. They flew us in. Everything was taken care of.
They also allowed for a lot of individual free time/relaxing with others in your group or solo. I've been to several retreats that are so crammed with activities, you don't really get to relax. That is not the case with the one I attended. It felt more like a four-day college experience where participants were able to try various techniques and tools and learn throughout the day, and then dine together before returning to the hotel for down-time.
The third positive was that they followed up with participants and referred us to their individual local providers, whether its equestrian therapy or EFT and the millions of other types of therapies available. You have an opportunity to meet and network with other vets, and the resources just coming pouring in. It was wonderful.
I think the only true downside to their retreat is participants really do need to keep an open mind to learn as much as they can during the weekend. I'd call it a "wellness adventure," and the benefits increase with the participants' flexibility. Good program.

Project Sanctuary is a good one.
Also, another amazing source is http://www.operationwearehere.com. They list almost every feasible resource available for military personnel, veterans, families and caretakers. It's been a lifesaver.
And the Starfish Foundation has Healing Warrior Hearts, which also is a stellar program.
