Should we be afraid?
While I love technology and new advances, some things scare the shit out of me. Full AI is one of them. Who's to say that a Skynet or HAL 9000 won't come to exist? I really do hope that the designers that keep pushing the envelope put in the necessary safe guards. On that note, AI on!!

Sadly, in the pursuit of the almighty $$$$ far too many businesses have thrown ethics out the window. Without strong external (read government) controls, this will be no different.

I think humans are so scared of machine takeover there will be too many failsafes if they got out of hand.
