Justice Department Will Seek Death Penalty for Charleston Church Shooter

Send him to Utah when he has exhausted all appeals!

Lot's of wasted tax dollars in cases like this. Everyone knows he did it. He's said he did it. So just take his ass out back of the jail put a round in his grape, and bury him in a cardboard box.
