I think what she's doing is amazing and I'm sure I couldn't do that, but I would be a lot more impressed if she kept her back on the bench and took the weight to her chest.......Just sayin

I haven't lifted in years but I seem to remember I could do more on decline than I could flat because range of motion is limited. And basically it looks like she's doing decline. Just not a lot of travel there.

SSgt Charles Freeman - The decline versus flat bench statement is normally true for many. Again, she met the standard for some powerlifting meets.

Her form is really poor and she is at real risk of injury bowing her back up like that. Plus, she only went down a few inches...so I don't know if that is even truly a rep. I think one is always better off using good form and less weight vice trying to be a hero by putting up more weight than you can safely handle.

LTC (Join to see) - I think you didn't read or misunderstood my earlier comments on this thread. CPL (Anonymous) isn't stating opinion, but fact - partial reps. I forgot about the board during her rep.
