My first concern is the well-being of the Targets of this perpetrator. Are they getting help for the road to recovery. Perpetrator never stop until the are held accountable for their actions.

I believe the army has improved over recent years as victims advocates. My concern is for the victims who fail to come forward over embarrassment or fear.

I am having to assume the Joseph Barnes completed suicide? What a difference it would have been to have Leaders that did NOT believe in "How do I make it go away" type of thinking.

WOW all I can say is wow ... how did they let this sexual predator get away with this for such a long time ? I'm surprised there wasn't a friendly fire incident when this was going on.
