Aaaand this is a point of everyone trying to get a, lack of a better term, a piece of the social-media-attention pie. Nothing else matters but getting attention for all the wrong reasons.

As I have said before on a different matter, this country has become overly sue happy.

Whole Foods should continue with the suit, and if the employee in question can prove damages they should pursue the suit. If I was a member of the Pastor's congregation I would demand his immediate termination, if it took more time then the next scheduled church service to terminate him I would move to another church.

Maj John Bell Agree, live in the area this happened and watching the news on it, and that is it? No prosecution? No penalty for wasting peoples / companies time and resources? Are we so PC today? Whole Foods, seek damages, legal fees. Gee, I am sorry my extortion scheme did not work and nearly cost a person their job. But, I did learn the flaw in my plan, so better educated for next time. Ahhhhh!
