PO1 (Join to see) - I love your question. It reminds me of one of my early evidence classes in law school having to do with self-incrimination. Damned if I answer it, damned if I don't. If I take the time to explain fully, those who are hell-bent on vilifying me will interpret whatever I say in a way that vilifies me. So, let me keep this simple. I said nothing about Sheriff Arpaio's actions. Not a damn thing. I spoke rather about contempt and I admit that I have contempt for our federal appellate courts. Why? That would require an answer longer than I care to write and one you wouldn't read. It would be full of legalisms and arcane arguments about the law, the Constitution, and the politicization of our federal courts. Now have your fun with that.

PO1Willian "Chip" Nagel. Having been a Police Officer for many years It is my opinion that sheriff Joe was doing a great job. I don't believe he is racist in any way. He run a prison like a prison should be. Men wore pink was on chain gangs lived in tents and with their labor payed their own way. After leaving Joes prison no one wanted to go back. a Sheriff Joe run a prison like a prison should be a Place for punishment for crime's you committed. It sure was not like the plush hotels of today. I know one prisoner who doesn't. want out of jail. Because he is housed fed has a work put room Tv in his cell. When release he get drunk punches an office and he is right back in.
Then along came Obama refuse to show where he was born in Kenya where he is known as the first American to rule the USA. Sheriffs Joes investigation was right on money about Obama. There was no racism there. In fact he didn't go far enough because the left went after him causing him to lose his job and everything.
