This is an experiment. Get everyone to stand up in the room that you are in. Everybody then do the following (you own interpretation and if you are really brave take a video of it and post it to facebook):
1. run like a girl
2. throw like a girl
3. fight like a girl
Once everyone is finished watch the video in the link. After watching the video, comment about what you did compared to the participants in video. Why were you the same or different? What does "like a girl" mean to you?

I think Ronda Rousey, Lindsey Vonn, Gabriella Reece, Vivian Cheruiyot, The William Sisters, Swoopes, etc have been crushing this stereotype. I also believe that as the generation of women entering combat roles evolves, they will become standard bearers in their own right. Good and enlightening video.

My cousin Suzie is a Grand Master in Taekwondo, and her husband is a Master. He has to wait until she drinks first - it is standard protocol. One Thanksgiving, he took a drink before her and I said hey hey Chris the Grand Master drinks first. we had a good laugh.
