Sad truth... I heard a story about a villager that was collecting live shells picked up from Verdun in his garage. Took couple days for EODs to secure the house. Got some crazy dudes out there...

I think it is worth noting that in many places, nature goes on. Not in all, of course, but many. Much like the forests around Chernobyl. I think it is a stark warning by our planet that we need it far more than it needs us.
