More nefarious doings by the "Obama Administration". There is nothing whatsoever in the
Constitution of the United States of America that empowers the Federal government to legislate bathroom usage and that means that that is a subject that is solely within the jurisdiction of the several states.
The next thing we know then there will be Federal troops on every street corner and outside every bathroom in the nation to enforce the dictatorial dictates dictated by that 'Democrat' dictator that force people to use the bathrooms that God didn't tell them to use.
PS - Cutting off the "free money" that flows into North Carolina's State Treasury from the rest of the country is going to work one heck of a lot better than trying to "force" North Carolina to "violate God's Law" will.

This announcement brings to mind the matters that the Department of Justice HAS NOT become involved in: 1) Fast and Furious, 2) Immigration and Obamacare, 3) IRS, 4) AP/Reporter Phone Records, 5) Benghazi, 6) Private Email Servers (to name a few). What you have to remember is that the outcome of having the DoJ involved is very similar to the outcome of your daughter praying for a pony - sometimes that answer is "It really doesn't matter how much shit you find there isn't ALWAYS a pony buried under it.".

I stand corrected, COL Ted Mc. Their decisions in each of the instances I mentioned do constitute a level of involvement. I also don't expect to find a pony, either.

I expect the government of North Carolina will take this issue to Federal Court and hopefully ultimately win COL Ted Mc in the next administration. From what I understand the modifications to the interpretation of Title IX to include transgender was in a Department of Education document. There has been no legislative action to change Title IX.
