One suggestion to improve Boot camp. Get rid of the PC Crap. Hard to build team work and company cohesiveness while being worried you might say something that hurts someone's feelings. I went to Boot Camp at Orlando in January 1976. Was on the Drill Team and I am happy to say I remember every single order from lining up outside the barracks to stepping into the chow hall. 40 years ago...wow. At close interval, dress right dress.
