I purchased the book, "Emotional Intelligence" and the assessment was included for free. I did their assessment back in November 2015, and right away the strategies help me increase my Emotional Quotient (EQ). I did have the kindle version which was a little hard to understand, since it referred to book pages and my kindle did not have the book pages. Otherwise, it has been really valuable.

I score very low. I was diagnosed several years ago by a military psychiatrist with personality disorders (narcissisism, antisocial and borderline). Since being diagnosed I work very hard at trying to be the opposite of these traits but it is who I am. These traits also helped me do my job well. I believe once you know where your weaknesses are it is much easier to respond to situations in a more appropriate and acceptable way.

SFC Wade Williams every desirable trait has a shadow and every undesirable trait has some light. It is like you said awareness of either light or shadow .... we need to use at some point.

It is best to get other opinions on what has already been diagnosed. The MMPI-2 test is only a tool and a complete assessment can vary from Doctor to Doctor.

CSM (Join to see) I have been evaluated several times. Only once was the diagnosis different and not by much. I'm good with who I am and I am very grateful for a wife who has accepted me and helped me to be a better person than I was. With the technology we have available and the ease of access to information none of us need to settle with anything. Learn, grow and love. That's what we should all strive for.

CSM (Join to see) - Was that the direction you were going in. Because I think that those two areas are what drive a person to be successful at what they do on a daily basis.

CSM (Join to see) - OK. I try to always think positive in those areas and teach Young man and women the importance of self independence.
