As a Military supervisor what kind of reprucussions could this lead to.?
Free speech does it allow this for military members?

You can't post bible verses but you can wear a turban or head scarf. Military needs to get set one standard. All or none and leave it at that.

The Court-martial listed "various offenses relating to separate incidents -- including disrespecting a superior officer, disobeying lawful orders and failing to report to an assigned duty".
If I had to guess I would say there was contention before and the choice of "No weapon formed against thee shall prosper." was a passive-aggressive shot at her supervisor.

She was a Pile. She refused to conform to Standards and paid for it. She had a history of disrespect and dereliction of duty. It sounds more like this was just an added charge to prove she was a Pile. She, in turn, focused on this single charge and tried to over shadow her substandard career. They could have taken this charge away and she would still be where she is today.

Does she have a leg to stand on or is her religious freedom a separate issue than violating an order that doesn't prevent her worship/observation of her religion?

You just got sucked into this one. If you are in a gov building you just can't post stuff like that. You shouldn't post personal beliefs in common areas. If I prayed to the goat and then put a phase saying "the Goat is the only way to heaven and everyone else is going to hell" would that be ok? It would be my faith. In addition you should actually read the case against her. He is lying about why she got in trouble. He was just hoping for someone blind enough came to her aid. It didn't work.
