Here's something which I never really thought much about since learning early on that certain convicted people lost their right to vote. What are yr thought on if this is right, wrong, or in what cases it should apply as a form of punishment?

Most release convicts will not get good paying jobs so they'll want to increase subsidies, welfare and so on. So they'll vote Democrat!

They shouldn't have a right to vote they lost all of their rights once they were convicted.

In my opinion, it's nota good idea.
You lose that right when convicted.
If they have completed all of their sentence to include parole/probation, and are living a productive life then maybe.
