Veteran: Texas reminds me of Afghanistan, please don't send me there

What the hell is this?? This can't be serious....... what are all the Marines, Sailors and Soldiers supposed to say that are stationed in southeast CA/south AZ (MCAGCC 29 Palms, Ft. Irwin, China Lake NWS, MCAS Yuma, Ft. Huachuca - to name the major installations)??
I'm not a psychologist but I would say B.S. and weaksauce...

I remember years ago when I would looking into the Border Patrol. One of the first things I saw at the job description was that each applicant....if they pass everything...stand an extremely high chance of being stationed in the south/southwest regions of the US.
