Not easily forgotten is that we did all this together in small groups with a battle buddy. Many prefer the personal approach with other tech and phone opinions to fill in the gaps in time and distance

Face to face sessions work best if available. Any approach focused on the mil/vet is worth trying to reinforce the overall benefit.

I haven't used it, but I would and almost prefer it. At my current location, had to drive over an hour to a medical appointment, 30 minute wait for a 10 minute visit. So that 2.5 hours for a 10 minute appointment. The doctor never look-up from her computer as she was more concerned on getting the paperwork done instead of talking with us. I see a big benefit in this technology.
