No. Honestly it's the way our generation is going and our war time servicemembers are tattoo riddled a lot too are memorials to our brothers and sisters. Can't take that away
Personally I don't agree with the neck/hands but that's just my belief. I myself am tatt'd from wrist cuff ups and below the neck. Basically what you can't see in a buisness suit so it isn't some weird prejudice against tattooed hoodlums. I just feel tattoos are personal, at least they should. No space for personal in a professional image.
