Capt Seid Waddell - Not too surprising: I can't count the time that we'd be about 36-hrs across the LOD and a flippin' roach-coach would pull up and park right near the CP tent. Any country. Any time. Always there to support the Marines! Cripes, those guys knew our op-orders before it made it to the platoon-level.

I'm guessing OPSEC changes with the era. I think anything that relates to plutonium/nuclear material is public knowledge due to international agreements. I'm guessing since it's being labeled as "research" material, it's not considered classified info.
