How many here has worked for a small family operation Before the big box stores ? I got a real lucky break as a teen. I got to work at the local hardware store. There where only two in town at the time. Whites Auto and Western Auto. Which today are long gone.. I know not many Mom and pop stores are in the bigger city's. Mostly the small towns is where one can find them.
