I cook the frozen ravioli until they start to float in the water. I then pull them out (or drain them) and drop them into a marinara sauce for no more than a minute before plating them. I then will top them with some Pecorino-Romano cheese and of course some warm Italian Garlic Bread.

I do them pretty close to that except pan fried in olive oil, I skip the buttermilk part.
