101st Airborne leaders rescind order for soldiers to remove combat patches during training

This is one of those rumors that you just knew had to be false...because no commander would be make an order that was SO absolutely ridiculous especially on the basis of not wanting junior Soldiers that had not deployed to feel bad that they hadn't deployed. Shame on him/her for being such a liberal pansy that they're worried about whether or not a Soldier felt sad about something they had not done yet while ostracizing and minimizing the accomplishments of those who have deployed...especially those who lost brothers and sisters in arms. Disgusting.

Perhaps the Marines have sponsored some boy or girl scouts that could use the patches. Okay! Okay! it was a cheap shot, let the first soldier who has never told a Marine joke cast the first stone.

They shouldn't be in the military if they're going to be a crybaby because they don't have a patch. If they want a patch they need to earn it.
