I am glad to learn that my USMA classmate Tony Thomas has been picked to lead SOCOM CSM Michael J. Uhlig. I know this had been discussed in SOCOM and up here before.
It has been a long time since I have seen Tony, we went to many classes together at USMA and everything I remember about him and have learned since indicate that he is an excellent choice to replace huis friend GEN Joe Votel at the helm of SOCOM.

We have been blessed with great Commanders. GEN Votel and ADM McRaven were wonderful leaders at SOCOM.
