Why Success Always Starts With Failure

Our society has become so competitive that the option of failing is for some not an option. The idea that someone with a perfect or unflawed performance is the ideal employee to be hired is flawed. It's flawed because when it comes to facing adversary, overcoming obstacles and stressful situations, this person has never been tested. Failure builds character and persistence it forces us to learn to adapt and change. We should never underestimate the properties of failure and how they will add to our future success.
