Embrace the Suck, Walt! As long as the Republican Senators Vote down an Obama appointee they have discharged their duty under their Oath of Office and the Constitution. C'Mon Walt you never heard what the Democrats did to both Judge Bork and Judge Ginsberg when Reagen was the President? Payback is a bitch, but to me, it looks like the Democrats started this precedent. Justice Kennedy only got confirmed in Reagen's last year (as the third Nominee put forward for confirmation) because the Democrats, led By Ted Kennedy killed off Reagen's first two nominees.
