Have you seen the chart showing the ranges of the PRNK's missiles?

Yes, very interesting graphic. PRNK's BM reach into the North American continent is increasing.
Note that range coverage includes most of Europe and Russia.

COL Korey Jackson - Colonel; [1] There isn't any "other than". [2] Adopting a YAIT (Your Ass Is Toast) policy isn't exactly popular, but you'd only have to implement it once before the only people who would threaten the United States of America would be the incredibly rich major powers (where the leaders, although not necessarily friendly can at least recognize rationality).
(North)Korea is, thankfully, sufficiently isolated by geography that it could be almost completely levelled without serious damage to its neighbours (and that damage would, of course, have to be paid for by "the levelling party". Seeing that the US wasn't about to let some wacko attack it with nuclear weapons would "encourage the locals" to ensure that no one (governmental or non-governmental) who had nuclear weapons was about to use them against the United States of America.
