Well it turns out El Chapo had a 50 cal weapon smuggled into Mexico by Holder and Obama's justice department. Interesting, I guess it is OK for Mexican drug lords to have this type of weapon supplied by our government but citizens, nope law abiding citizens can't be trusted!

The opposition always claims the president is overreaching. Both President Reagan and Bush I authorized amnesty to certain groups of immigrants that congress had specifically left out of the amnesty bill, because they thought it was the right thing to do. But was there any explosion by the republicans about them not having that authority? Not a peep. But when President Obama did it, it's an unheard of overreach of executive power.

LTC (Join to see) - no in this level and in so many hot topic in a roll. I can understand the legacy fight, but usually one or two topics, but he is like having a bucket list to finish within these last 11 months. I actually start laugh at my own words .... lol

LTC Micheal Mathews, I don't think you can say either Bush or Reagan granted amesty with out congress. The understanding was that congress would then secure the border but congress didn't keep up their end.http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2014/11/the-weak-argument-defending-executive-amnesty/382906/
Reagan and Bush Offer No Precedent for Obama's Amnesty Order
Not only were past executive actions smaller, they didn't work.
